Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Creativity by Tee for your custom apparel, merchandise and graphic design needs. Please read the following Disclaimer, Terms of Service and Privacy Statement (“Terms”) in detail as it applies to all of Creativity by Tee customers and Creativity by Tee's transactions with its Customers. The Terms may change at any time and without prior notice, so please check the Terms frequently. If you have any questions, please contact Creativity by Tee at the contact information found herein.
By accessing Creativity by Tee's website, or by processing a payment, or by signing Your Invoice, You, the Customer, agree to all of the terms and conditions found in the Terms.

Terms

Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise approved by Creativity by Tee. 

Example: Jim submits a request to Creativity by Tee about placing a T-Shirt order. Creativity by Tee sends Jim a Proof and Quote. Jim approves the quote/proof and Creativity by Tee sends an Invoice. Jim waits 3 weeks, then pays for the order. Once payment is received,Creativity by Tee places the order on the schedule.

Order Proofing (Approval)

All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email/messaging. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the mockup, as this is how your garments will print. Creativity by Tee will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mockup could result in production delays. If this applies and you only submitted a mock-up, we will do our very best to recreate your design as closely as possible. 

Order Changes

Any change made to your order that is not due to a stock issue on behalf of the stock suppliers will be subject to a change fee of $15.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or have given us a required date. It is very important that you do not place your order until you are certain that’s what you want. 

Example: Mary places an order for 10 custom shirts in Black. Creativity by Tee then orders the shirts to prepare for printing. Two days later, Mary wants to change the order to now print on 10 custom White tees. Creativity by Tee has to re-write the order and ship the black shirts back to the supplier (paying a 15% restocking fee + shipping costs) then pay to have them ship new shirts out. Mary will be advised of these charges, if she wishes to proceed, Creativity by Tee will send Mary an Invoice for the charges including any additional cost the change order has associated with it. Once this payment has been processed the order will continue to production.

Cancellations

Cancellations made after order has been placed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production has begun on the order.
Example: Amanda places an order for 99 shirts. Creativity by Tee then orders the shirts to prepare for printing. Two days later, Amanda needs to cancel the order (for any reason). Creativity by Tee has to return the shirts to the manufacturer, incurring shipping fees and restocking fees. Creativity by Tee refunds Amanda for their order minus necessary cancellation fees.

Deadlines

Creativity by Tee will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. Customer may be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.

Shipping

Creativity by Tee cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company. Creativity by Tee ships Priority Mail (2-3 business says) via USPS. There is a Flat Rate of $8 for shipping unless otherwise approved by Creativity by Tee. The customer will receive shipping confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 


We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Creativity by Tee is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you did not receive your order, however, the tracking information shows delivered, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Examples: USPS cannot deliver your package on time due to inclement weather. | USPS delivers your package to the wrong address (although provided the correct address) and you do not receive your products on time.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to production.

Refund Policy

**All sales are final and are non-refundable.**

Damaged/Defective/Missing Items

We apologize in advance for any discrepancies with your order. 
We will replace your item(s) if they are missing from your package, damaged, or defective. Please note that any discrepancies with your order must be reported within 48 hours of you receiving your order.  Please send a replacement request via email to creativitybytee8@gmail.com.  Please provide your Order Number as well as a detailed description of the issue.  Upon review, your replacement item will be shipped to the address on the original order unless a different address is specified.  Please note that a replacement request for missing, defective, or damaged items may be denied based on history of reports.   


Return By Carrier/Shipping Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, complete, and is a secure location.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Please check with USPS first if your item shows delivered but has not been received.  

If your package has been returned by carrier or is stuck in transit for more than 10 business days , upon review, we will issue a full refund as an exception.  You may place a new order, however, please note that any sales or promotions from the original order must still be active in order to be applied to your new order.
