  2. Once you have selected the item of your choice; click "Request a Quote"

  3. You will be directed to  submit all of your order desires (ie: item, color, quantity, size). 

  4. After your request has been made please allow 1-3 business days for a response.

The Answers You Need

What is your return policy?

There are no returns. All sales are final due to products being personalized. Exchanges can be made if the items received are damage.

What are the payment options?

At the moment, CreativitybyTee only accepts PayPal and Zelle . CreativitybyTee requires full payment before production of the order.

What is the processing time?

Once a request has been placed, please allow 1-3 business days for a response in regards to your request. After an order has been made, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Shipping can take up to 5 days.
